Please copy unmodified enfold/framework/php/class-form-generator.php file and paste it inside enfold-child folder and find following at the top and remove it (please do not remove PHP opening tag)

if (  ! defined( 'AVIA_FW' ) ) exit( 'No direct script access allowed' );

and then add following code to Functions.php file of your child theme

require( 'class-form-generator.php' );

and then apply the changes on the file on your child theme

No, unfortunately, it is not possible. You can try modifying enfold/css/print.css file however that would be out of the scope of our support. Please consider to hire a freelance developer if needed

It seems like you are currently not using Enfold on your website. Can you please check the link once again?

Also, please try adding following code to Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.

Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
