Then please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/hide-menu-itemselements-on-mobile/ and create another logo/partner element that displays 1 columns and choose to display it only on mobile

I am not sure if i understood you clearly, however please try and insert pixel value for container width in Enfold theme options > General Layout > Dimensions.

Things have changed since Christmas 1996, both WooCommerce and Enfold received updates :)
You are using the latest version of Enfold however have you tried updating WooCommerce to version 3.0.1? Please try to do so in a testing environment – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/.

Please go to enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/postslider.php file and find

$meta .= "<time class='slide-meta-time updated' $markup>" .get_the_time(get_option('date_format'), $the_id)."</time>";

and change it into

$meta .= "<time class='slide-meta-time updated' $markup>" .tribe_get_start_date( $entry->ID )."</time>";
