    I am so sorry for the late reply.
    I have been looking into this and could not figure it out why the issue was happening. I decided to troubleshoot the errors in console, started with adding Google maps API key in Enfold theme (http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-register-a-google-maps-api-key/) and after adding it, page loaded just fine on my end :)

    Can you please flush browser cache and review your website now?

    Please enable the custom css class field: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ and then edit your elements (Text Block for example) and give them a custom CSS class (“my-custom-class” in example below) and then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    .my-custom-class a { color: black !important; }

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Could you please try updating the theme via FTP this time – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/?

    It might a temporary hiccup on the server side which is stopping the theme from updating from backend. It should work for other versions :)

We asked you to contact Envato support in case there was a way to retrieve your purchase without needing to purchase the theme once again. However that does not seem possible.     @verena_1992     I tried to install Transient Cleaner plugin to clear transients however i got “Installation fehlgeschlagen: Verzeichnis konnte nicht angelegt werden.” warning. Can you please start a new thread and attach WP and FTP logins in private content field so we can look into it? If you post them here, they will be visible to creator of this thread as well :)
