Hi,
You are currently using a very old version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 4.0.7 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
Regards,
YigitHi Mrs. Haffly,
If you do not mind, could you please post FTP logins here privately as well?

YigitJune 6, 2017 at 6:16 pm in reply to: Make bold letters black instead of red in certain cases? #804625Hey Rob!
Hope you are doing well :)
Please enable the custom css class field: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ and then edit your text block element (or any element you would like to change bold color) and give it a custom CSS class (“custom-bold” in example below) and then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
.custom-bold b, .custom-bold strong { color: inherit !important; }:)
Best regards,
YigitJune 6, 2017 at 6:14 pm in reply to: how to Change Logo for Logged in users in all frontend pages #804622Hi,
As i mentioned before, that was just an example. That code checks if page ID is 9 or not. What you need to do there is (instead of checking if page ID is 9) to check if current user has uploaded a logo (in custom field that you added using ACF plugin, as i suggested above). If user uploaded a logo, display it. If he/she did not upload it, display default logo. This is for the logo on front-end. I am not sure what exactly you mean by back-end logo though :)
I found this example where they switch WordPress theme depending on the user. It should help with getting user information etc.
Best regards,
YigitHey,
We would recommend using more advanced contact form such as Contact Form 7 – https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
You can find documentation here – https://contactform7.com/file-uploading-and-attachment/ :)Best regards,
YigitHey!
We are currently investigating the issue on @mrshaffly’s site. Once we find the solution, we will release an update as soon as we can but for now unfortunately, there is no ETA

YigitHey Christina,
Thanks for contacting us!
Avia Layout Builder is the layout builder of our Enfold theme which can be purchased here.
If you already paid for a license, you can contact your developers and ask them to send license over to you then you can register to our support forum here – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start new threads under Enfold sub forum. If they already have registered using your purchase code, you can post purchase code here privately so we can reset the forum account.
Also, they could send you an Envato API key and Envato username from the account which was used to purchase the license and you can insert them in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
I hope that was helpful. Let us know if you have any other questions! :)
Cheers!
YigitHi,
Yes, that seems to be an issue with LayerSlider. We have reported it to our devs. Fix will be implemented in upcoming Enfold version.
Best regards,
YigitHi,
I tried again however i still got the same error unfortunately. But looking at the front and back end of your website, i see no error and it loads fine. Have you figured it out already? :)

YigitJune 6, 2017 at 5:33 pm in reply to: Site Down for 3 Days after Enfold Update – I Purchased Support #804598Hi Tony,
Pages are not displayed correctly because of LayerSlider shortcodes. We deactivated LayerSlider but LayerSlider elements are still on the pages. If you edit your pages and remove LayerSlider elements, pages should display correctly.
When you upgrade PHP version LayerSlider can be activated again.
For now, i think it would be the best to use Fullwidth Easy Slider or Fullscreen slider instead of LayerSlider.
We are really sorry for the inconvenience!
Best regards,
YigitHey Vadivel,
Please edit your color section element and choose not to display top border :)
Best regards,
YigitHi Jason,
We will notify Kriesi about your refund request.
Thanks for your kind words! If you happen to switch to WordPress themes in future, hopefully you can give Enfold another shot :)
Let us know if there is anything we can do to help!

Thanks for contacting us!
Unfortunately, we only create premium WordPress themes and do not have HTML version of our themes. What we can recommend you is to either take HTML from source code or contact Envato support to request a refund (since download and purchase processes are managed by them, they are in charge of refunds too).
Let us know if you have any other questions :)

YigitHi!
Please remove height and width values from your code and use following one instead and adjust values as needed

YigitHey!
Please add following code to Quick CSS as well :)
.slide-entry-overview:hover .slide-entry-title a:nth-child(1) { display: none; } h3.slide-entry-title.entry-title { width: 100%; left: 0; }Regards,
YigitHey!
Please edit your Post Slider element and choose “Only title” in “Title and Excerpt” :)
Best regards,
YigitHi,
Yes, please try adding following code to Quick CSS
.circle-overlay .av-image-caption-overlay-position, .circle-overlay .av-image-caption-overlay-position *, .circle-overlay .av-caption-image-overlay-bg { border-radius: 1000px; }Best regards,
YigitHi!
You are welcome! Sorry we could not help quicker :)
1- Please install a child theme and activate it – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ and then refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-new-or-replace-advanced-layout-builder-elements-from-child-theme/ and copy wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/postslider.php file to your child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-new-or-replace-advanced-layout-builder-elements-from-child-theme/ and then open postslider.php file on your child theme and replace its content with this one – https://pastebin.com/xWCTxiNk. Then add following code to Quick CSS
.slide-entry-overview:hover .slide-entry-title { opacity: 1; } .slide-entry-title { position: absolute; top: 80px; left: 10px; opacity: 0; }2- Please add following code to Quick CSS as well
.avia-slideshow-arrows a:before { color: #f7c5da; background: transparent; font-size: 50px; }Best regards,
YigitHi!
That has been perfectly clear. Thank you :)
Magazine element you are using is thumbnail images, which is 80x80px by default. Magazine featured image size is by default 710x375px, which is the size of featured image of the first post that shows up when you choose to display the first post highlighted.
If you adjust thumbnail image size, they will be affected.
We would recommend you to install a child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ and then copy wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/magazine.php file to your child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-new-or-replace-advanced-layout-builder-elements-from-child-theme/ and then open magazine.php file on your child theme and find following line
$image = get_the_post_thumbnail( $entry->ID, $this->atts['image_size'][$style] );and change it to following
$image = get_the_post_thumbnail( $entry->ID, 'magazine');After that, changes you apply on magazine image size will be applied on thumbnails of small magazine posts as well :)
Cheers!
YigitHi,
1 & 3 – I believe these ones are resolved in their own threads already. If they are not, please reply on those threads and we will continue there :)
2- Please enable the custom css class field: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ and then edit your Post Slider element and give it a custom CSS class (“custom-slider” in example below) and then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
.custom-slider .slide-entry-excerpt { background: orange; padding: 10px; margin: 20px; margin-top: 0; }4- We are going to use custom CSS class for this one too (as in #2). Please edit your element and give it a custom CSS class (“circle-overlay” in example) and add following code to Quick CSS
.circle-overlay .image-overlay { border-radius: 1000px!important; }5- Please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/menu-overlaps-logo-on-tablets/ and if that does not help, please see – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/switching-to-mobile-menu-on-higher-resolutions/
Best regards,
Yigit-
