Hi Rob,

I added following code to bottom of Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options

Changed your custom JS to following

Overwritten header.php file and made small adjustments on helper-main-menu.php file. However there is still a duplicated menu on mobile. Do you by chance know why? I could not find such customization on your child theme

@hohnesy That usually happens when there are improperly opened or closed HTML tags. Please make sure that is not the case on your website. For example correct way of adding Strong tag would be as following

<strong>Here is my text!</strong>

If that does not help, please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum, attach temporary admin logins in private content field and point out the page where you are having the issue :)

Could you please use the plugin i mentioned in my previous post and set “magazine” image sizes to 875x375px and regenerate thumbnails?

Magazine image size is 710x375px by default as i mentioned however that image size is small for your layout due to width of your containers. Simply adjusting image size and regenerating thumbnails would help.

I understand if you would not like to share your details, however if you would like us to do it for you, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately and we will gladly correct it for you :)

Header.php file was updated in this version and i see that you have header.php file in your child theme. Could you please copy header.php file from parent theme once again and apply the changes you previously applied on header.php file in child theme? This should solve the issues or bring us one step closer to solving it :)

It seems like theme files were not overwritten completely. Could you please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/? :)

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Sorry for the confusion.

Default size for the image is 710x375px. If you would like to change it, please try the following:
1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
2. Go to Settings > Media
3. Change the magazine image size (increase its width / height).
4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.
