Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Due to our agreement with Envato/ThemeForest, we are not allowed to sell/distribute themes directly and since Envato does not provide such license, in my opinion the best solution would be purchasing a new license for each of your clients (each domain requires a new license). That is what most agencies working with our themes are doing :)

@crtdude Have you tried setting frontpage in Settings instead of Enfold theme options as i suggested above? If that does not help, please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach temporary admin logins in private content field. Also, it might be a good idea to contact Polylang team as well, in case they already have a solution for it :)

Please do not add Image element inside your Grid Row cells but try setting them as background image instead by editing the cell :)

For future reference, to create admin logins when needed, please go to Users > Add New and add a new user with Administrator role. You can use (Email address hidden if logged out) email however when necessary, please post login credentials here privately so any available moderator can help :)
