All demos are included in Enfold – http://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview and you can simply import the one you like with a single click in Enfold theme options > Demo Import.

Each domain requires a new license therefore, if you are planning to install the theme in more than one domain, you would need to purchase a new license for each domain.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

I switch footer column count to 2 in Enfold theme options > Footer and then added following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options > General Styling

#footer .flex_column:nth-child(2) img {
    float: right;
}

I added following code to Style.css file of your child theme and now it does switch mobile menu on screens smaller than 1236px

@media only screen and (max-width: 1236px) {

    display: none;
}

    display: block;
}
}
