We sell our themes through Envato/ThemeForest and currently they do not have such license type. Please contact them and request so they might add in future :)
Only premium plugin included in Enfold is LayerSlider plugin.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

We have reported the issue to our devs.
For a temporary workaround, you can choose not to display your menu item as mega menu or Alternatively, you can try creating a new menu for mobile version and add following code to Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor and display different menu on mobilefunction av_different_mobile_menu( $args = '' ) { if($args['menu_id'] == 'avia-menu') { if(wp_is_mobile()) { $args['menu'] = 'main-menu-mobile'; } else { $args['menu'] = 'main-menu'; } } return $args; } add_filter( 'wp_nav_menu_args', 'av_different_mobile_menu' );Please make sure to replace menu names (“main-menu” and “main-menu-mobile”) in the code to match the name of your menus

I noticed you are using a child theme and it seems like you have made changes on header.php and/or includes/helper-main-menu.php files in your child theme. That is why there is an extra space on the top of your site. Those files have been updated in Enfold 4.1. Please copy those files from parent theme, apply your changes once again on your child theme.
Regarding your menu item, please add following code to Quick CSS
#menu-item-3608 a { top: 0; }Regards,

Please contact Envato support team. Since purchase processes are managed by them, they should provide you such information. We sell our themes through ThemeForest/Envato and provide support for our themes. Processes such as download, purchase and refund etc. are managed only by Envato :)

Please remove the code from your custom CSS. Since we have replaced old mobile menu with a new one, selectors have changed and that code you are using is the reason why mobile menu does not show up :)

I overwrote parent theme files and it still did not work but when i tried to switch to parent theme, it works fine. So it is related to the changes you applied on your child theme. Could you please try reverting those changes one by one to find the culprit?
