1- Yes, all demos you can see here – http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/ are included in Enfold and you can import them in Enfold theme options > Demo Import with a single click within few minutes.
2- Theme automatically resizes images :)

Hi Rachel,

If you start using Enfold, we can help with such gaps.

You do not need to start all over again but since Enfold and your current theme are not using the same layout builder (Enfold uses Advanced Layout Builder), you would need to switch to Advanced Layout Builder and use its elements for more modern looks and to use its flexibilty).

You can set up a subdomain and install Enfold there and then when it is ready, you can move it to your main domain.

If you import a demo, it will not wipe out your content but add additional pages, posts etc.

Current active theme does not seem to be Enfold. Can we activate Enfold for testing purposes?
Also, please make sure that wp-content/uploads folder has correct permissions ( 755 ) – http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions

Please try updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

If you are using a child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/, please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme-translations/ so your Italian language file will not be overwritten.

Hi,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.
