Unfortunately, to be able to update the theme and to receive a full support, you would need an access to ThemeForest account which was used to purchase the theme. If that would not be possible, i am afraid you would need to re-purchase the theme.
Do you know if any changes were made on parent theme files? If so, they will be overwritten. If you are using a child theme and previous developers made changes on theme files on a child theme, you can go ahead and update the theme. Currently i cannot see debugging information on your website therefore i cannot tell if you are using a child theme or not.

Please firstly check if you are using a child theme (you can do so in Appearance > Themes. There should be one Enfold parent theme and a child theme). If you are not using a child theme, please check which version of the theme you are using. We can try sending you that version in case it is in our repository so you can compare files differences.

Evet, tema Turkce ile uyumle ve 100% olmasada Turkce dil dosyasi ekli. WordPress ayarlarindan sitenizin dilini Turkce olarak ayarladiginiz zaman otomatik olarak Turkce dil dosyasi aktif olacaktir. Tercume edilmemis kelimeleride bu eklentiyi – https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ kullanarak tercume edebilirsiniz.

Turkce harfler konusunda sectiginiz fontun Turkce karakterleri desteklemesi lazim. Destekleyen bir font ailesi sectiginiz surece “Ç” gibi harflerin goruntulenmesinde her hangi bir sorun olmayacaktir.

Baska her hangi bir sorunuz varsa, lutfen sormaktan cekinmeyin :)

Please go to Enfold theme options > Layout Builder and check “Show element options for developers” then edit your element and give it a custom CSS class (“my-custom-class” in example below) and then add following code to Quick CSS

It seems like the agency you have worked with changed theme name, including theme version without using a child theme. Therefore we cannot tell which version you are using. If the theme has not been updated in years, that is probably the reason why Advanced Layout Builder is not working, because you are using the latest version of WordPress. There must be compatibility issue and updating the theme should fix it.

I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.

The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and an API key. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.

If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.

Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.

I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.
