Evet, eger child tema kullanmadan parent tema dosyalari uzerinde degisiklik yaptiysaniz onlar kaybolacaktir. Kaybolmasini istemediginiz butun degisiklikleri child temanizda uygulayabilirsiniz. Can you please try de-activate all active plugins and check if that helps? I have not seen such issue before so i am guessing it is a plugin related one. Let us know if that does not help :)

Hey Pantoni,

Please add active menu item image to navigation labels as well and then give custom class to both images. I used “active-menu-img” and “initial-menu-img” and then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

.active-menu-img { display: none; }
.current-menu-item .active-menu-img { display: block; }
.current-menu-item .initial-menu-img { display: none; }

@unicaweb Looks really nice! However you may want to check subpages of “Shop” menu. They cannot be found and menu items are white so not visible. If you need assistance, please start a new thread. We would like to keep this thread for showcasing only :)

Could you please try de-activating all active plugins except for WooCommerce and check if that helps?
I noticed “add to cart” button is not working as well. I think issues are related to a plugin conflict.

If you inserted your API key and username in Enfold theme options, please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

Veritabaninizi tasimaniza yardimci olucak eklenti sonrasinda wp-content klasorunu subdomain’e kopyalamaniz yeterli olacaktir.
Eklenti sahiplerinede ilettiniz mi sorunu? Onlar bu tarz sorunlarin neden kaynaklaniyor olabilecegine daha hakim olmalilar

I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.

The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and an API key. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.

If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.

Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.

I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.
