1- Please post WP admin logins here privately and include a link to your website so we can look into it.

2- It is not one of Enfold’s Advanced Layout Builder shortcodes, therefore you should contact plugin author or creator of the shortcode and ask them if it accepts attributes and if so, which ones. Please also see – https://codex.wordpress.org/Shortcode_API
