Hi,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Hi,

If you are not using a child theme, please make sure to find following line near top in Functions.php file

if(isset($avia_config['use_child_theme_functions_only'])) return;

and add your code right below it.

If that too does not help, please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach temporary admin logins in private content field so we can look into it. If you post them here, they will be visible to creator of this thread.

Can you please post logins to your cPanel as well?
Your URL’s were defined in wp-config.php file as well. I removed them but that still did not help. We would like to check your database, if you do not mind.

Your ThemeForest username seems to be wrong. Please make sure to insert correct information – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

If you still do not receive update notification, please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest

@Tousainmarketing FTP logins did not work for me. Those are logins to your database.

@Tousainmarketing and @Peter322, this is a WordPress core issue. Please go to /wp-includes/ folder and upload this two files and replace existing ones:

Hi,

Troubleshooting issues may take a while. For example there were two Enfold parent themes installed on your website. I was not able to remove the old one from WordPress dashboard, therefore i deleted it via FTP. Please try updating WordPress version. It seems like you have changed admin logins so we are not able to do that for you.
