Yes, it would definitely save us some time :)
I checked your parent theme and it reads “Version: 5.8” (the latest version of the theme is currently 4.2) however it still shows older screenshot so i believe issue should be fixed when you update the theme via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/.

I added Comments element under Content Elements tab of Advanced Layout Builder to the bottom of your page and it shows up fine. You would need to add Comments element manually on pages/post you created with ALB :)

Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and insert your username and API key from ThemeForest to receive auto updates.
If you already inserted your username and API key in Enfold theme options but not receiving updates, please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest.

Your website currently does not load on my end however looking at the error you are getting, it seems to be related to “wp-better-categories” plugin. Please try removing it via FTP and check if that helps.

I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.
The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and an API key. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.
If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own.
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.
I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.

I checked your website and you are using UberMenu, Would you like to continue using UberMenu? If so, issue should be fixed on their end. If you would like to use Enfold’s native menu but having issues on mobile, updating the theme should helped because we have fixed those issues already.
I see that you are using a child theme, so the changes you made on theme files will not be overwritten. Mobile menu was completely renewed and got replaced by a new one. If you have made changes on header.php or includes/helper-main-menu.php files, you are going to reapply those changes as these files were changed.
To be on the safe side, we would recommend you to update the theme on a testing installation first.

If that would not be possible, you could have a new purchase code by purchasing a new license.

Please make sure you are checking purchase code for Enfold. If it was registered, you would receive “purchase code already registered” error and not “purchase code not valid” error. If you are sure you are checking correct purchase code, please Envato support. Since purchase and download processes are managed by them and purchase codes are managed by them, they might be able to fix the issue on their end.
Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know your purchase code and it is not possible to register to our support forum without one.
