I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.
The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and an API key. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.
If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own.
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.
I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.

I have seen users using WishList Member plugin with Enfold theme however since we have not tested, we cannot guarantee. To be on the safe side, please contact plugin authors as well and ask if they had any experience with Enfold.

Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-anchors-to-your-page-for-single-page-navigation/. Your custom link should be only “#contacto” and not full link. That menu item would not work on “inner” pages and to solve that issue, you can use a plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/zen-menu-logic/ and choose to display different menu per page :)

Sorry but we only connect to sites that are publicly accessible.
Please make sure to purge cache if you are using a cache plugin and refresh your browser a few times.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

I just tried again on Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera however it still loads fine on my end.
Are you able to test on another network to see if that helps? I strongly believe it has something to do with cache :)Best regards,

I was able to login to backend and cannot see any errors on the frontend. The theme is the latest version as well.

To be on the safe side, please create a testing site and update the theme there – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/

Header.php file and /includes/helper-main-menu.php files were updated as we have totally renewed mobile menu and it seems like you have modified one of mentioned files in your child theme. Please either add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options > General Styling
#advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide { display: none; }or copy fresh copies of mentioned files to your child theme and apply the changes you made on them.

Please go to Enfold theme options > Main Menu > Burger/Mobile menu tab and choose to create a clone of parent menu item in “Clone title menu items to submenu” :)
