Hi,

Please go to Enfold theme options > Layout Builder and make sure “Show element options for developers” is checked – https://i.imgur.com/Y8m5GDp.png

And then when you edit your element, you should be able to see “Custom CSS class” field – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2013/12/blur.jpg that is where you should add “my-custom-class” (without double quotes) and then custom CSS code goes to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options > General Styling :)

Please contact your service provider and tell them that you get “Call to undefined function mb_strimwidth()” error. They should enable Multibyte String :)

I deactivated Wordfence via FTP and increased memory limit to 256M in wp-config.php file. Please review your website :)

Hi,

We are waiting to hear from @mmaack in this thread.

We need FTP and WP admin logins to look into the issue on each installation and it would be great if you all started your own threads.
If you post them here, they will be visible to @mmaack as well and you would not see private content field to download version 4.2.4.

Since you mentioned on another thread that you would rather downgrade to older version, i attached Enfold 4.2.4 in private content field. However you should not be experiencing any issues. If you do not mind posting FTP logins here privately as well, we would like to look into it :)

Hey,

Please try to increase the allocated memory to 256M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.

Hi,

I deleted child theme you created and uploaded pre-built one from this post – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ and after activating child theme, i imported parent theme settings in Enfold child theme options > Import & Export. Please review your website :)

Hi,

@Pascoflair Please go to Enfold theme options > Layout Builder and check “Show element options for developers” and then edit your element and give it a custom CSS class (“my-custom-class” in example below) and then add following code to Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling tab

@media only screen and (min-width: 1024px)  {
.my-custom-class { display: none !important; }
}
```

WC Vendors plugin works fine with Enfold. Honestly, i am not really sure how our older themes work with WC Vendors. We would definitely recommend Enfold :)
