Please login on ThemeForest with the account you used to purchase Enfold and go to Downloads page to download the latest version of the theme. Since download and purchase processes are managed by Envato/ThemeForest, we are not allowed to sell/distribute themes directly.
Regarding Google maps, routes are not supported. You may need to find a 3rd party plugin for such feature.

Also, we can install the theme for you if you post FTP and WP admin logins in private content field.I strongly believe that you would like working with Enfold once you get started however if your decision is final, please refer to @nikko’s post above.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Purchase and download processes are managed by Envato, therefore the issue should be solved between you and Envato. Have you tried contacting Envato support? They might be able to unlock your profile or recommend an alternative solution. I am just guessing but creating a new account might help.

Please right click on “enfold” folder here – https://i.imgur.com/Yqp1UrK.png and compress it and then go to Appearance > Themes > Add New in WordPress dashboard to install the theme just as any other WordPress theme. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the latest version of the theme. I attached Enfold 4.2.4 in private content field.
There are a few things i would like to clarify.
We provide theme related support to our registered users. We gladly look into any issues our customers have so you could have contacted us here and we could fix the issue, free of charge.
In your initial post you have mentioned you have requested this a week ago however this is the only thread you have started on our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/profile/2startherempa_2017/topics/. It seems like we have not received your request.

I corrected one typo on style.css file and flushed my browsers cache and it worked fine :)

Thanks for WP admin logins however we will also need FTP logins to be able to access files on your server. In case you do not know your FTP login credentials, you can contact your hosting provider :)

Could it be related to cache? I checked your website on my iphone and mobile menu works fine on my end and menu item submenu links are the same color you chose in Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling. I attached screenshots in private content field.
Could you please check once again that this is not the case? :)

Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest

You can go to /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/ folder via FTP and copy asset-manager.class.php file and replace it on other sites where you are experiencing the same issue. Enfold 4.2.6 will be released during the third week of March, in case you would like to wait for upcoming release :)
