Instagram made some changes so we needed to update our code. I have replaced enfold/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php file with updated one on your installation. Please review your website :)

I edited your column element and gave it custom CSS class “alb-sidebar” and then added following code to bottom Style.css of your child theme
.alb-sidebar .widgettitle, .alb-sidebar .widget_media_image a { text-align: center; display: block; }Please review your website :)

Please add Color Section element to your page, set it’s height to 100% and then refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/color-section-with-100-container/ and make its container 100% as well and insert your iframe inside that Color Section element. If that does not help, please post WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it :)

Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:
#text-2 .textwidget img { padding: 0; }and then remove BR tags between your image

Please go to wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/ via FTP and delete events_countdown.php file and that should fix the issue :)

I am afraid so. File should have not been there after the update but should have been inside /events_countdown/ folder only.

If you have a cache plugin, please make sure to flush cache after making changes on your website.
If that does not help, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it.Best regards,

Sorry, i was too focused on FTP, must have overlooked.
Another possible issue could be “events_countdown.php” file. Please go to wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/ folder via FTP and delete events_countdown.php file if it exists.
As i mentioned i could not find the correct installation, if you could please point it out, we can solve it for you.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Sorry for the inconvenience! Issue occurs on servers running PHP versions older than 5.6. I replaced header.php file on your installation to bring up backwards compatibility with older PHP versions.

Issue you reported here is related to header.php file. You can alternatively contact your hosting provider and ask them to upgrade PHP version, preferably to 7.x.
You should not have any issues with Enfold. Can we activate Enfold and check the errors on your site and fix them?

Issue occurs on servers running PHP versions older than 5.6. You can either upgrade your PHP version to minimum 5.6 and preferably to 7.x or replace /wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/r389b5x4ippscyn/header.php?dl=0 via FTP to bring up backwards compatibility with older PHP versions.
There are 51 installations in total however i could not find these two sites. If you could point them out, we can replace the file for you as well.
