Merhabalar :)
Please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Cheers!
YigitHey Verena,
Thanks for contacting us!
Yes, that would be possible. In fact, Enfold demos are all hosted on a multisite environment. Those are subdirectories however using it on subdomains should not make any difference. You would need to set up WordPress a little differently to use subdomains on multisite however that has nothing to do with the theme :)
I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions or issues :)
Best regards,
YigitP.S.: Yes, our company is based in Austria however we have moderators from all over the world to be able to be there at all times for our users :)

YigitHi Todd,
Could you please try deleting your Instagram widget and then insert it once again and check if that helps?

YigitHey!
Content of enfold/framework/ folder was not installed correctly. I removed the folder and re-installed it and that helped. Please review your website :)
Cheers!
YigitHi,
I was fixing the issue and it seems like you have removed the installation again :)

YigitHi Ricardo,
I connected to your server via FTP however i could not find your installation inside public_html folder. Have you deleted all WordPress files?
Best regards,
YigitHi,
We are taking a shot in the dark as long as we do not have an access to your server dear Franck :)
If you post FTP logins, we can find what exactly is wrong and can fix it.Regards,
YigitHey,
Please check out tutorial videos here – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/videos/. Fellow Enfold user contributed videos explaining each element so i believe it will be helpful :)

YigitHey!
Please go to wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/ via FTP and delete events_countdown.php file and that should fix the issue. If it does not, please post FTP logins here privately so we can look into it.

Sorry for the inconvenience! Issue occurs on servers running PHP versions older than 5.6. You can either upgrade your PHP version to minimum 5.6 and preferably to 7.x or replace /wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/r389b5x4ippscyn/header.php?dl=0 to bring up backwards compatibility with older PHP versions.
Cheers!

YigitHi,
As mentioned before, issue occurs on old PHP versions. You can check out this post – https://kinsta.com/blog/php-7-hhvm-benchmarks/ and decide for yourself if you would like to continue using older version of PHP. We have fixed the issue by providing backwards compatibility, even though we do not recommend older PHP versions.
Please contact Envato support to request a refund. Since payment process is managed by them, you would need to contact them regarding your refund request as well.

YigitHey Miriam,

You could check out Magazine page on default demo for inspiration – https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/homepage/home-v10-magazine/ another example can be seen here – https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/magazine/. You can also use Post Slider element – https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/post-slider/ and Blog Posts element – https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/blog-posts/ to make your layout look nicer :)

YigitHi,
I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.
The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and an API key. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.
If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.
I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.
Sorry for that!
Best regards,

YigitHey Giles,

Since we sell our themes exclusively on ThemeForest, due to our agreement we are not allowed to sell/distribute themes directly therefore we cannot provide you a copy unfortunately. Please check out this Enfold tutorial one of our users created – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NB2JKqRL_bY. I think it is a great example that shows how simple it is to create websites using Enfold :)
You can change colors in Enfold theme options and most element has custom color options as well so you could easily apply your corporate colors. If you would like to add pre-defined color scheme to Enfoldt theme options, that is possible too. You can refer to this post – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/actions%20and%20filters/avf_register_custom_backend_styles
Out of the box it is not possible however using plugins you could achieve that. We are also working on making theme accessible. It might be possible out of the box one day however we would not like to promise so please do not make your decision depending on it.
I hope that was helpful! If you have any other questions, please let us know :)
Cheers!
