I tried overwriting the files again, re-creating the widget and de-activating all active plugins but it still does not show up.
That usually happens when Instagram cannot communicate. Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask if they have any thoughts what could be causing this?

Hi,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Sorry for the inconvenience! Issue occurs on servers running PHP versions older than 5.6. You can either upgrade your PHP version to minimum 5.6 and preferably to 7.x or replace /wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/r389b5x4ippscyn/header.php?dl=0 to bring up backwards compatibility with older PHP versions.

You can add anchor points to your section by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-anchors-to-your-page-for-single-page-navigation/ and then go to Appearance > Menus and add new Custom Menu with #name-of-your-anchor-point as URL and with navigation labels.
