I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.

The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and an API key. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.

If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.

Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.

I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.

Currently, out of the box, it does not however before deadline we will make sure Enfold meets all requirements. That is true. WordPress, WooCommerce and Google are also working on GDPR compliance.

Yes, Enfold is compatible with WooCommerce and WooCommerce German Market.

Enfold is compatible with WooCommerce, German Market and WPML therefore transition should be smooth. Still we would recommend you to create a testing environment and switch the themes there :)

Enfold theme is being used on your clients site and previous developer renamed the theme parent theme, which is not the best practise. We would recommend you to update the theme via FTP and change theme name from “enfold” to “jump”.

Related videos are disabled by default in Enfold 4.2.5. You might be using an older version of the theme. Please make sure you are using Enfold 4.2.6 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and simply insert Youtube full links and related videos should not show up :)

There were some extra files which should have been deleted during update. I deleted them manually and that helped. Please review your website :)

We cannot promise that all these features will be added in upcoming updates, as we rather keep the theme not bloated with features but we can promise that we will continue improving Enfold.

You can always contact us if you need help with small customizations though. Enfold is a very powerful and flexible theme so with some customization, most -if not all- of these examples can be achieved using Enfold :)

We have already reported the issue and we will check back with our devs in the morning. Until we check with our devs, i am afraid we cannot tell what exactly the issue is and when it will be resolved but i can assure that we will try to fix it as soon as we can.

Would it be possible to create pages without using Color Section element for the time being?

I wanted to check the issue however i got the error i attached in private content field when i tried to access to your server via FTP.

No, backwards compatibility will be added so you will not need to replace any file when we release new update. It will be compatible with older versions of PHP as well :)

Hi,

You can solve that problem by using this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/zen-menu-logic/ which enables you to display different menu per page. You can simply create another menu in Appearance > Menus and add full links, not only anchors and choose to display that menu on your inner pages :)

I was checking out website however i started to get time out error. I believe that is the same issue Ismael had and it is temporary.

Layout builder does not seem to load when there is a Color Section element on the page. We will report the issue to our devs and use this thread as reference.

Hey,

Sorry for the inconvenience! Issue occurs on servers running PHP versions older than 5.6. You can either upgrade your PHP version to minimum 5.6 and preferably to 7.x or replace /wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/r389b5x4ippscyn/header.php?dl=0 to bring up backwards compatibility with older PHP versions.

If that does not help, please post FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it :)

@tonyaleigh the problem is, Instagram made changes on their API so we needed to update our Instagram widget. But since this happened after we released the theme, it will be included in upcoming update :)
