Hi Jasmer,

Instagram made changes on their API so we needed to update theme files.
I replaced enfold/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php file with a new one and confirmed Instagram widget is working.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

You had following code in Style.css file of your child theme

.avia-content-slider-inner * { background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) none repeat scroll 0 0 !important; }

I deleted it and it helped. Please review your website.

I disabled ModSecurity in cPanel and that helped. Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist “admin-ajax.php” file from mod_sec rule?

Hi!

In the link i shared in private content field, only .php files were excluded. I edited and changed it to “.php, .woff” to exclude .woff files as well.

That was because of your CDN. I excluded .woff files as well as they were already being served through CDN. Please review your website

Please go to /wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/ folder via FTP and remove events_upcoming.php file. File should be inside /wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_upcoming/ folder only. You can remove Enfold folder and re-upload it via FTP to solve the issue as well. And if you do not mind sharing FTP logins here privately, we can remove old files as well :)
