Please delete old Enfold theme from your installation and then update newer version you are using to the latest 4.3.1, preferably via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
I tried FTP logins you posted earlier but they did not work for me.
Best regards,
YigitHi,
Please try following code
.special_amp { font-family: sans-serif; font-size: inherit!important; font-style: inherit; font-weight: lighter!important; color: inherit!important; }and flush cache. If that too does not help, please post WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it.

From the error code it seems like it’s coming from “bmhyjueaed” installation and not “easytravelxx7g”. I am now deleting Enfold theme on “bmhyjueaed” and will re-upload after that.
Best regards,
YigitHi,

YigitMay 4, 2018 at 12:21 pm in reply to: Disabling Google Fonts and loading them from own server instead #951584Hi,
Thanks for your input! We will include custom font uploader to the theme soon so you will be able to serve fonts from your own server. Currently it is being tested and improved.
Best regards,
YigitHi,
Ever since Enfold 4.3, you can apply links to columns and cells without needing extra customization :)

I deleted Enfold folder and re-uploaded it however your site is still down. I am getting permission error trying to delete cache folder/files. If there is a server side caching, could you please try flushing it?

YigitMay 4, 2018 at 10:17 am in reply to: (NEED HELP ASAP) MAJOR Issue with lightbox window (for youtube/vimeo videos) #951490Hi,
I believe when CDN was turned off, you were still seeing cached version. I checked your website again and i can see custom CSS code is now being applied and i am not able to reproduce the issue any more. Could you please confirm? :)
Best regards,
YigitHi!
Glad you figured it out! :) Shall we mark this thread as resolved?
Regards,
YigitHi John,
You are using transparent glassy header on your page, that is why there was no padding on top. I added following code to style.css file of your child theme
.html_header_transparency #main { padding-top: 30px !important; }Please review your website :)

YigitHey Fiona,
You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Or, You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.Best regards,
YigitHi,
It seems like they did not use any demos to start with but they used drag and drop Enfold elements so you could create your website yourself. Here is an Enfold video tutorial – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NB2JKqRL_bY that you can check out to see how Enfold works :)
Best regards,
