Our company is based in Austria however we have moderators from all over the world to be able to keep support forum running 24/7.

1- You can download pre-built child theme from Enfold documentation – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ and install it. Then you could insert username and API key in Enfold child theme options to receive auto updates – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. You do not need any coding knowledge to install and activate child theme however if you decide to purchase Enfold and would like us to assist you, we would gladly do that for you.
2- Yes, you can create similar looking website using Enfold.

Enfold currently does not meet all GDPR requirements however we are going to release an update soon to cover that.

Hi,

I added Advanced Layerslider element to the bottom of your page, edited Grid Row element before it and gave it a unique ID then added following code to Quick CSS
```
#pre-ls + #layer_slider_1 {
    display: none!important;
}
```
This is a temporary workaround. Please do not delete login credentials, we will forward them to our devs.

Hey,

Date is set using current date + 10 * 365 * 24 * 60 * 60 (315360000 seconds in total which corresponds 10 years). You can adjust values without using “CookieDays” in the code :)

Please make sure that > sign is not converted to – http://i.imgur.com/IDXRZQ3.png in Quick CSS field.
If that too does not help, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it.

1- Yes, you can login on ThemeForest with the account you purchased Enfold and go to Downloads page to download the latest version and update theme – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. Since you are currently using a very old version of the theme, we would recommend you to update the theme via FTP.
2- Unfortunately at the moment we cannot tell however you could create a testing site – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and try updating WordPress to see if it causes any issues with Enfold version you are using.
