Please add following code to bottom of Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor

If you are using browser add-ons, please try disabling them and check if that helps.
We have not received such report from other users and since Nikko was unable to reproduce the issue as well, we cannot report this to our devs as a bug. I know it is not the prettiest solution, but maybe you could consider using Chrome when you need to change cookie consent text?

No, you will not lose those, but they will be imported on top of your existing content. What are the changes you would like to make? We might be able to offer a workaround :)

Yes, they are saved on your database and deleting the theme will not affect them.
If you made modifications on theme files, they will be overwritten.If you would not like to update the theme via FTP, you can go to Appearance > Themes, switch to another theme, delete Enfold and re-install version 4.4 :)

Have you made any changes on theme files such as functions.php, header.php etc.? If not, you can simply go to /wp-content/themes/ and delete “enfold” folder and re-install it via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install to make sure all files are overwritten.
We made major changes in structure therefore merging folders would cause an issue, they need to be replaced.Best regards,

I was able to login. I installed Enfold 4.4 with child theme and activated child theme. Please review your website :)

Please go to Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling and edit “H1” tagged elements and change their font size as needed.

I changed the text in Enfold theme options > Privacy and Cookies > Messaggio and changed it to “Questo sito utilizza i cookie. Continuando a navigare nel sito, accetti il nostro utilizzo dei cookie.”, flushed cache and that worked. Please review your website and edit the text if translation is not correct (Google Translate :))
