Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:

It is not possible to display logo in the middle as your example out of the box but it would be possible with some customization :)

Due to our agreement with Envato/ThemeForest, we are not allowed to sell/distribute themes directly.
Also, you are going to need your purchase code to register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and ThemeForest username and API to receive theme’s auto updates and ThemeForest account to have access to theme files.I hope that helps :) Let us know if you have any other questions!

Die meisten Agenturen kaufen eine reguläre Lizenz für Ihren Kunden und geben Ihnen den “Purchase Code”, so dass Sie sich in unserem Support Forum registrieren können – https://kriesi.at/support/register/. Dann können Sie bei Fragen oder Problemen direkt einen Thread eröffnen.
Du kannst Ihnen dann auch den ThemeForest username and API key geben, um automatische Updates für das Theme über das WordPress Dashboard zu erhalten (https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update).

Login credentials did not work for me but i did install the theme via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold using your cPanel credentials above. Please review your website :)

It is very important for us that plugins we recommend are compatible with Enfold’s Advanced Layout Builder as most Enfold users are creating their websites using ALB. Have you had a chance to test our theme with your plugin?

No plugin is required to import Enfold 2017 demo, however you would need to installl WooCommerce if you will be selling products and bbPress – https://wordpress.org/plugins/bbpress/ for forum functionality :)

Are you using plugin i attached in private content field?
If so, you would need your Cornerstone purchase code to update the plugin.If you would like to receive Enfold auto updates in WP dashboard, please refer to post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-registration and insert your username and API key in Enfold theme options.

Unfortunately we are not able to retrieve purchase code from invoices. Maybe you could try contacting Envato support with your invoice and they might be able to transfer the license to your own account? :)
