Please try adding !important rule as following
```
.wp-caption-text {
display:block !important;
font-size:12px !important;
font-style:bold !important;
margin:0 auto !important;
padding:3px 10px 5px !important;
text-align:center !important;
font-family: "Roboto", arial, sans-serif !important; }
```
And flush browser cache after applying the code. If that still does not work, please try adding the code to Custom.css file inside Enfold/Css folder of your parent theme or Style.css file of your child theme if you are using one.

Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab
```
.comment-container, .text-sep-comment, .text-sep-cat, .blog-author { display: none !important; }
```
To edit the comment text, please use this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/codestyling-localization/ or change it manually in Enfold/Includes folder and open Comments.php

Can you post the link to your website? It does work fine on my local installation. You can try adding !important rule as following
```
.av-main-nav > li > a { background-color: red; margin-left: 5px; }
.av-main-nav > li > a:hover { background-color: orange; }
```
If still does not work, make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme

I am using the same version. I have checked in other browsers as well. It does work fine on Firefox but not on Safari. My local installation using WordPress 3.8.2 and the latest version of Enfold has no issues uploading media.
Can you try re-installating WordPress?

Not the same effect but you can create a similar one animating images. It is also possible to create a similar design but you should be experienced on using Avia Layout Builder and the theme features. Please see Enfold documentation here for some snippets – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/
