to following one

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) and (min-width: 480px) {
.responsive .mobile_slide_out .logo {
margin-left: 35%;
}}

If that does not help, do you mind if i adjust it on your WP backend?

After enqueueing your scripts, you can try using this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/html-javascript-adder/
You can add a widget area element to your page inside a color section, give color section an unique ID and add following code to Quick CSS

#your-custom-id .container { width: 100%; }

Then go to Enfold theme options > Header > Mobile Menu > Header Mobile Menu activation and choose 990px.
For menu problem, can you post the link to a page where it does not appear? I checked your pages and it seems fine on my end.
For animated image also, please point out the page and image
