Firstly please update Enfold to the latest version 2.7.1 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
1- Please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps. Then you can activate them one by one to find the culprit.
2- You can use this plugin to change the strings – http://wordpress.org/plugins/codestyling-localization/
If this is not what you meant, please elaborate. A screenshot showing the changes you would like to make would help
3- Let us know when you hear from them so we can check if there is anything we can do on our end. Please note that, as you read here – https://kriesi.at/support/register/#av_section_2 , we cannot help you with 3rd party plugins.
4- Please add your custom CSS code to Quick CSS field that is in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab or into Custom.css file inside Enfold/Css folderBest regards,

Seems like you figured it out since i can click on social icons and footer menu. On mobile, they are overlapping. You can choose to hide either menu or social icons.
Please add following code to Quick CSS if you would like to hide menu@media only screen and (max-width: 990px) { #socket .sub_menu_socket { display: none; }}and following code if you would like to hide social icons

And what happens when you scroll on the page? Also, does it happen when you load/refresh the page on landscape mode? I do not have a chance to test your website on an actual iphone 5 unfortunately and as far as i know, no one from the team is using iphone 5.
