You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.

Please remove them and re-upload in Media > Library.
Also make sure that wp-content>uploads folder has correct permissions ( 755 )

It is Color Section element that you can add under Layout elements in Avia Layout Builder. You should click it on it and choose to display background image fixed. Please also see – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/working-with-the-advanced-layout-builder/
