One other user reported such issue and i was able to see the issue but lines disappeared after some time. I believe it is something temporary :)Cheers!

It is possible however you are going to need to hire a freelance developer on Envato Studio or Codeable for that kind of customization as it is beyond the scope of support we can provide. You can also request quote from WerkPress.

If you have not changed the theme name, you do not need to worry about your options. They will remain the same. Please update the theme via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750

Can you post the link to your page where we can see an example with Easy Slider? Alternatively, you can add Widget Area element to your page to display your widgets on the right side and use fullwidth layout.
