You should add custom class without dot so it should be “textblock-background-cyan” on the element without quotes and you should add custom CSS code to Quick CSS as following
.textblock-background-cyan { background-color: cyan; padding: 10px; }If that still does not work, please post the link to your website and point out the sections

Have you tried deactivating all active plugins? I cannot reproduce the issue on my iphone and i do not have a chance to check your website on an Android device unfortunately.

LayerSlider that comes bundled with Enfold only works Fullwidth. Unfortunately there is no way to use it in columns unless you have it as a standalone plugin
