The one on the top is header border and the bottom one is the top border of following element. Please add following code to Quick CSS as well if you would like to remove them as well
```
div#after_layer_slider_1 {
border-top: none!important;
}

Hey juleral!

Do you mean dummy content that you have imported in Enfold theme options? You should remove them manually under Pages, Posts and Comments. If you only have 5 pages on your database and you do not mind re-creating them, you can also create a new database and install WordPress and Enfold from scratch
