1- You are going to need to hire a freelance developer on Envato Studio or Codeable for that kind of customization as it is beyond the scope of support we can provide. You can also request quote from WerkPress.
2- Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
```
.av-masonry-entry { width: 33.2%; }
```

Please turn on Custom CSS field for ALB elements – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
Then you can give each box a different class and change the background colors using custom CSS
