I cannot see any changes on your website currently Kayzel.
Please make one image from http://www.cmr-group.com/clientSpecific/cmr/img/img-header-tagline.png and http://www.cmr-group.com/clientSpecific/cmr/img/world-map.png and then upload it in Media > Library and copy&paste its link instead of “linktoyourimage”.

You can add Icon element under Content elements in ALB and then copy HTML code – http://i.imgur.com/Loqd5it.png and paste it label field while adding new link in Appearance > Menus. Make sure to remove “style” attribute
