Please make sure that you are using Enfold version 3 ( http://vimeo.com/67209750 ) and go to Enfold theme options > Demo Import > Import: Photography Demo
It will import content on your current content. If you would like to import only photography demo content, please remove existing content from your database

and add following code right below it

get_search_form();

and adjust its position using following code in Quick CSS field

Yes, you can go to ThemeForest > Downloads section and download the latest version. But if you import dummy data once again, it will be installed on your current content, so double of what you have. You can either remove currently existing content and import dummy data or if you have not started with your website yet, it could be cleaner if you create a new database and install Enfold on it
