Try to adjust the code Nikko gave you like this:
#top .inline-rotators .av-rotator-container { display: inline-block !important; min-width: 130px; text-align: left !important; }This way the text will stay static on the left, but there will be a larger gap when the left side phrase is smaller.

The sliders did not import. Can you please follow this article to import the Layer Slider slider or create your own slider?
Also, you should be running at least php5.6.3 for the code to work properly. You might want to upgrade your php.

The code that Vinay gave you works in the portrait mode on an iPad, you can try the code below, slightly . adjusted. On the landscape mode the sidebar is show. Is this okay for you? Or do you want no sidebar up to the 1024px size?

The event listeners are written to listen to the events on certain elements that are rendered with the page, when new elements are added to the page with ajax, the event listeners and handlers do not know about them and so do not work with the new elements added to the page with ajax. You can forward this to the plugin support and the might make this adjustment or not.
We cannot make that statement “most likely no Calendar will work with AJAX-sideloading”.
