Edit config-templatebuilder > avia-shortcodes > magazine.php, find this code on line 558:

This file has moved in Enfold 4.3 and this one is supposed to be deleted.
So you have an old version of the file on your child theme, I suggest you delete it and see what it looks like without it.

I am seeing the header image on the desktop and on my iPhone. Did you get it working or am I looking at a wrong image? Also, no 404s in the console, which means all image paths are fine now.
