There is not one element that you just pick and it looks like this, you can try the grids like 1/3 + 2/3 and use background images for the cells and text blocks in other cells.

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
The easy thing to do would be to use some hover change color or animation, maybe.

You need to have the hover not on the link but on the button, on the layer parent div element, then you will be able to control the text color on hover.
The text is not inside the link that you’re trying to address.

None of the code above affects the header position and the header seems to be still fixed on top, can you please point us to the page where it does not seem to work?
