Implementing the “no cookie” version of youtube does not really help since it does set “cookies” as well: https://www.cnet.com/news/youtubes-new-nocookie-feature-continues-to-serve-cookies/
If you really need to offer a cookieless background video there is only the option for self hosted videos. The easier way would probably be to try to mention the cookies in the privacy policy and find a good reason for legitimate interest and that this video benefits your business and maybe also the user. the website admin can still add the shortcode [av_privacy_video_embeds] to disable youtube videos (also affects youtube bgs) to the privacy policy.

Yes, it is possible, Enfold has screen options for most elements. And so you can create separate elements for big screens and for mobiles screens on the same page.

You just need to import theme options and save them, the dynamic_avia file will be generated with all the css you’ve set in the theme options.
Also, styles.css in the child theme is used as well and you can put your code there.

I accepted the cookies when I first entered the website, then I see these (in private). I filled out the form and was taken to the PayPal page.

I can see the slider above working fine and the grid is also showing up. Did you get it working?
When you comment a lot on the thread it gets put to the end of the queue every time and so we could not get to it sooner.
