Normally, in this case, the issue is that the header.php file in the parent theme is out of date. Please update it with a fresh copy and let us know if the issue persists.

I know, I asked you to enable it to be able to see the customizations in your child theme. Are you sure you’re not blocking Enfold scripts in the security plugin?
