So you want the form to be wrapped in a container with the background, correct? Or do you want the share buttons there too?

Maybe just leave out the promo box and make the border and background with css?

It shows the shortcode for the contact form in the column on the left and so it is something in that text box that breaks things.

Could you please enable the Advanced Layout Builder debug mode. Here is how to do it:
