I showed you in the screenshots how we see it, there is nothing in the private content box. If you try to send it as a separate message, there had to be some text in the normal text box, otherwise, the message will not be sent.

Which version of php are you running?
Did you remove all the css you tried above?
Did you update the theme via FTP? It might be a good idea to reupload a fresh version on the theme via FTP at this point.

Sometimes the image shows up, sometimes it does not, it is something with how the server serves the images. The links are there in html and so they should show up.

Actually, the lightbox works. The window opens up and then the page goes to the image link, which is not supposed to be happening.
Yes, you can totally remove the Google Tag Manager code form the header and put the code in functions.php.
