You need to have this options selected for all languages in the theme options:

The theme is optimized for mobile, but the way the image is shown on mobile does not work for you and so I was telling you what other options you have.

Well, this website http://www.thomasdedorlodot.com/ is custom built and this kind of functionality does not exist in Enfold. Cannot even think of something to use instead.

It’s hard to fight the https://www.ostraining.com/blog/woocommerce/reviews/Layer Slider z-index and get the boxes on top, you might want to use one of the theme’s sliders or color section or put the boxes as layers of the Layer Slider.
