Looks like the plugin uses the single post template and so the theme only picks up the title “Blog”.
You’ll need to customize the avia_title function i/enfold/functions-enfold.php to change this.

Like I said in private before, the font size displayed is not 70 or 90, it is 24.

Well, it is better to rest database if you don’t need all the other pages and media and import just that one demo that you need.
