Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

Those settings are not there when there are no plugins installed. The will appear when you install a plugin.

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

If you have css merging enabled you and you add code to styles.css, you need to disable and enable merging again so that the files are generated and merged again.

No, your content will not be deleted, but there will be a lot of new pages created and some pages might be overwritten. I would not advise to import a demo to the existing website.

You just need to disable header transparency. Then the Layer Slider will be below the menu and there will be a solid background for the menu, you can set the color in the theme options.
