When you make posts with the Advanced Layout Builder you need to add all the elements, even the title, manually. It is a blank canvas for you to put whatever you need there. You can add the special heading element to be used as the title.

The link you gave leads to a generic demo page, not to a specific one. Which one are you referring to?

You can create posts or portfolio items and choose to show them in the masonry.

As for the related entries, if you make posts with the Default editor related entries will be there out of the box. If you want to show them on pages built with the Advanced Layout Builder you can add a post slider and choose posts to display there.
