Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

Looks like your post is built with the Advanced Layout Builder and you added the featured image. The featured image will not show on the single post page, you need to explicitly add it on the post, that way it will show.

Well, those are the predefined styles for the heading. You can only change them with customs css specific for the element on the page.

Yes, the files will be overwritten, you can lose some of your styles but the content will remain. Please make sure you have a backup of your website before updating and that your php version is 5.6.3 or higher.
