Well, to show related post you can use blog grid or blog slider and set it to display posts from the category you need.

As for the author name, that you’ll need to use some plugin or custom shortcode.

The tabs are working on my iPhone. First, the “Paare” tab is open, I scroll to the bottom and press on the “Single” tab title and the content of that tab shows up.
