I do know css, but here the position of every element is calculated by JavaScript and so just css will not do in this case, unfortunately.

You can import the other Demo, the 2017 one, but your website has content already. It is better to have a test server have a clean installation here, import the 2017 demo there and migrate your content to the new website.

Yes, it is possible. You can import the demo and add the add to cart buttons with the Advanced Layout Builder, the builder that Enfold uses.
